My baby has been at the nursery 3 months now. She has settled brilliantly and has been really well looked after. Communication both in person at handover and via the app has been great and I can check in on her and get a reply at any time. It is also used well to show pictures and observations of what she has been doing. I’m particularly pleased with the continuity of care that has been achieved in the baby room so that we get to know both her keyworker and the other staff well.
