Our daughter has only been at Les Enfants for a couple of weeks in the dedicated baby room. So far it has been a lovely experience. The staff are caring, calm and professional and which has been reassuring as we settled Isla into nursery.
The day-to-day communication is great and staff always take the time to chat to us about her day on pick-up and to ask about her general well-being or if we have any concerns at drop off. She is always excited to point to the things she’s been playing with and show us things in the room when we pick her up. I was nervous for my daughter to start nursery as I knew I would really miss her, but the staff have been welcoming and really inspire confidence. I feel reassured leaving her and know that she is being cared for.
