We would like to pass on that we felt the Under 2’s rooms (baby and toddlers) were exceptional when looking after our son.
We received updates that were tailored to him and his needs. The staff were always up to speed on him and provided a good overview of what he had been doing that day. They made a real effort to get him settled in and involved in activities. From the assessments he had it was clear these were again tailored to him and were very in depth, whilst providing suggestions/plans on how to support him.
We attended some parent sessions and it was good to see how the children interacted with each other and staff in a kind and respectful manner. It is a positive environment as reflected in the children’s and William’s behaviour.
